Please look over returns dates & times before signing up. You must be able to come to all of them at the time listed.
Males & Females 3-36 months old
4 weeks/ 3 returns Pays $400
*Must wear diapers all of the time.
Parent can't be diabetic. Parent/ legal guardian must come to first appointment to sign paper work.
Half of visit will be done in car, but you will have to bring your child inside for meaurements.
