Scalp & Hair Masque
Enrolling Monday 5/6 at 2:00pm.
You will pick which set of dates for returns when you come for your first visit.
Return: 5/13 at 1030am, 5/13 at 3pm, 5/21 at 2pm, & 5/29 at 2pm

Return:5/14 at 11am, 5/14 at 4pm, 5/21 at 2pm, & 5/29 at 2pm.

3 weeks/ 4 returns $300
You will wash your hair at our office in a sink at the first return visit and then return 4 hours later.
You will shampoo your hair, apply the scalp masque leaving in for 2 minutes, and then rinse. Twice a week.
Need to have dry/ irritated scalp. Must have short to medium length hair. Easy to blow dry (you will be drying your hair in office)
You must wear a mask during all office visits.
The enrollment visit is for Dr. Draelos to go over the qualifications for the study. Signing up does not guarantee you will be in the study. You will find out if you qualify at the enrollment visit.
