Do you have mild facial acne? Are you struggling with about 5-10 zits on your face (if you have more, it's okay! Sign up for "Let Us Help Your Severe Acne!")? Can we help? If you answered "Yes!" to these questions, sign up below! Those that enroll will be provided with an acne gel that is to be applied every night.
You will be asked to NOT wash your face the night before and morning that you come to see us. CANNOT apply ANY products to your face the day you visit us (moisturizer, foundation, mascara, serums, etc).
*If you are signing up your child, please enter THEIR information with the phone number that we need to contact for signing up. Parents MUST accompany their child on the first visit if they are under 18 years of age!
WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH DATE AND TIME WHEN READY, IF YOU ARE SELECTED. MUST BE QUALIFIED BY DR. DRAELOS FOR STUDY ENROLLMENT.
